Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, by Parra UK Ltd. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the site.

Shipping policy

Packages typically arrive within 1-14 days from the date we receive the payment of the order. If you have not received the package after 14 days please contact us within one week.

If the order is not delivered within 30 days from the date by Parra UK Ltd. received the payment, consumer is entitled to cancel the order. Then by Parra UK Ltd. is obliged to refund the payment within 30 days.

IMPORTANT - if a package is returned because the buyer did not claim the package, by Parra UK Ltd. does not send replacements.

by Parra UK Ltd. is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. by Parra UK Ltd. has no control over this. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and by Parra UK Ltd. has no way of knowing what these charges may be.

Return & exchange policy

If the customer is not satisfied with the product they can send it back within 14 days after reception of the good(s). Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the same packaging as received including the provided price- / size tags.

Please fill in this return & exchange form within 14 days after receiving the good(s) and wait for instructions via email. After receiving the instructions you have to return the goods within 2 days. You can send back your returns using your local parcel company or UPS. If you choose to use an untrackable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the transport.

When a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color or size or any other fault on our part we will pay for the transport costs in the form of a refund.

In all other cases consumer will have to pay for the transport costs of the returned good(s). If applicable a refund or credit to your account will be issued within 8 working days. In case of an exchange and the desired product is not available you will receive a credit memo which has to be redeemed within 3 months.

Content 

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, 'content'), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, 'look and feel' and arrangement of such content, contained on the site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to by Parra UK Ltd., and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
