By confirming a pre-order in our portal, you declare that you are aware of and agree to all of the following:

CANCELATION
- Orders that have been placed cannot be canceled unless delivery is excessively delayed due to delays in production or shipping.
If this is the case, we will do our utmost to find the best solution for both parties.
- If for any reason you are unable to accept an order we are always open to a conversation that leads to a solution. If we do not reach a solution within 6 weeks after the release date, we are forced to charge cancellation costs. The costs amount to 25% of the order amount.
- If you have received your order and the payment is not made at the end of an agreed term, we are obliged to delegate this claim and take legal action.

SALES DISCOUNT POLICY
- Period: All styles from our Spring Summer collection may only be discounted at the end of the season, from the end of June. Styles from the Autumn Winter collection may only be discounted from the end of December.
- Discount: We do not allow our retailers to offer more discounts than 35% on the RRP.
- Visibility: It is not permitted to use our products or brand images in SALE advertisements or other SALE publications.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE
We appreciate the enthusiasm and support for Piet Parra's artwork. It is important to note that all artworks created by Piet Parra are protected under copyright law.
This protection extends to all forms of media and usage. To maintain the integrity and originality of the work, these pieces mustn't be altered or used without explicit permission.
We understand that fans and clients might be tempted to use Piet Parra's artwork for promotional or personal projects by cutting, editing, or repurposing his work.
While we recognize that these actions are often well-intentioned, we must emphasize that any modification or use of the artwork without prior approval is not permitted.

- You are welcome to showcase our products in your own style, environment, or on models, whether for lookbooks or online stores. We appreciate the effort and creativity you bring to these presentations.
- Any other forms of usage, including but not limited to, altering, editing, or incorporating the artwork into other works, are strictly prohibited unless written consent is obtained.
